MCU-Mobile Command Unit

Mid Herts Raynet own and operate our own MCU.
The MCU began life as a Hertfordshire mobile library. Then converted to a mobile command unit, hosting up to 4 fixed operating positions, along with an APRS monitoring system. The main benefit of the MCU is the inbuilt heaters, Tea/Coffee station and dry area to give operators a well deserved break when operating is both cold and hot environments.
